| Project Management |

The Owner contracts the services of a Project Manager or a Project Management Firm to prepare a Statement of Program Requirements. From there the Project Manager engages the services of Architects, Engineers and General Contractors on behalf of the Owner. Melloul–Blamey has acted as both the Project Manager and the General Contractor under this form of contract. |

| Design-Build |

A single firm is engaged to complete the design and construction of the required facility. Melloul–Blamey is contracted to lead the team of architects, engineers and sub–trades from design through to completion. The project is quoted as a single lump sum price. Direct communication between the owner and Meloul–Blamey ensures single source responsibility so that we can successfully deliver the project. |
